Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the RetroPuns storefront, operated by Mitten Moon Holdings LLC. By browsing the store or placing an order, you agree to them. Short version: be decent, we'll be decent, and if something goes wrong with an order we'll make it right.
Products and print-on-demand
Every RetroPuns item is printed to order by our fulfillment partner after you check out — it does not exist until you order it. Because each item is made individually, slight variations in print placement, color, and sizing between items are normal and are not defects. Product images are mockups and artwork previews; the delivered item may differ slightly in appearance.
Orders and payment
An order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send an order confirmation. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice — the price on your confirmed order is the price you pay. Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card details. We may cancel and refund an order if an item cannot be fulfilled, if a pricing error occurred, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping
Production and transit times are estimates, not guarantees. See the shipping page for current production windows and transit estimates. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery to the carrier.
Returns and exchanges
Our return policy is part of these terms: misprints and defects are replaced or refunded on us, and unworn items may be returned within 30 days of delivery as described there.
Intellectual property
All designs, artwork, copy, and branding on this site belong to RetroPuns / Mitten Moon Holdings LLC or our licensors. Buying a shirt buys you the shirt — not the artwork. You may not reproduce, resell as your own design, or use our artwork commercially without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the store: no automated scraping or ordering that burdens the site, no attempts to access systems or data you aren't authorized for, no fraudulent orders, and no content submitted to us that infringes someone else's rights.
Disclaimer and liability
The store is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version posted here at the time of your order applies to that order. Continued use of the store after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
