Shipping
Every RetroPuns tee is printed to order — your shirt doesn't exist until you order it. Here's how that affects delivery:
Production time
Allow 2–5 business days for printing and quality check before your order ships — that's our print partner's published production window for apparel. Peak seasons can add a day or two.
Transit time
US orders: 3–8 business days after it ships, depending on your distance from the print facility. Orders are routed to the facility closest to you when possible.
International orders: 7–20 business days after it ships, depending on destination and customs. Duties and import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order size. The exact rate shows before you pay — no surprises.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email the moment your order leaves the print facility. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.
Delays
Blank-supplier stockouts and carrier weather delays happen. If your order is going to miss its window, we'll tell you before you have to ask.
