RetroPuns is operated by Mitten Moon Holdings LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you shop with us, what we do with it, and the choices you have. Plain version: we collect what we need to print and ship your order, and we don't sell your information. Ever.
What we collect
Order information. When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping and billing addresses, email address, and phone number (if you provide one) so we can fulfill and deliver your order and send you confirmations and tracking.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Your card details go directly to the processor — we never see or store full card numbers on our systems.
Messages you send us. If you contact us about an order or a return, we keep that conversation so we can help you and keep a record of what was decided.
Site usage. We use self-hosted, privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not build advertising profiles. Your browser also stores your shopping cart locally on your device so it's still there when you come back.
How we use it
- To print, ship, and deliver your order
- To send order confirmations, tracking, and support replies
- To process returns, exchanges, and refunds
- To understand which designs people like, in aggregate
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
Who we share it with
Fulfillment partner. Every RetroPuns item is printed to order by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner (Printful). We share your name, shipping address, and order details with them for one reason: printing your item and shipping it to you.
Payment processor. Payment details are shared with our payment processor solely to complete your transaction.
Carriers. Shipping carriers receive your name and delivery address to deliver your order.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone for marketing. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and warranty purposes. Support conversations are kept while they're useful for resolving your issue. You can ask us to delete your personal information where we're not required to keep it.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us through the contact page and we'll take care of it.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
